**Job Description:**
Full-time Permanent Position based in Co. Clare or Co. Galway.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
2. Develop and implement business plans with the Business Development Manager.
3. Execute the Annual Operating Plan.
4. Build and maintain relationships in-store within the territory.
5. Meet objectives across all KPIs and communicate progress.
6. Manage territory call base efficiently through journey planning.
7. Update training processes to ensure best practices.
8. Conduct audits to maintain standards and reporting accuracy.
9. Undertake additional duties as instructed.
Skills & Experience:
* Full clean driving licence.
* 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably with branded food products in Dunnes Stores.
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets, FMCG experience advantageous.
* Strong personality, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Career-oriented, results-driven with commercial acumen.
