In this dynamic role, you will guide customers through their full journey — from initial enquiry to final handover.Your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting both new and returning customers, managing online leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and test drives, recommending suitable vehicles based on customer needs, assisting with finance applications, and appraising trade-ins. You will also support walk-in customers, follow up on enquiries, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional and positive experience from start to finish.The ideal candidate is confident, organised, proactive, and comfortable working with CRM/DMS systems, customer communication, vehicle guidance, and a busy showroom environment.
