The Opportunity
This is a leadership role on a talented team that will bring EY's sustainability offering to the sector.
You will develop relationships with key accounts aligned to our Go-to-Market priorities, be client-facing, scope solutions based on client needs and work in diverse teams to solve complex problems.
Most of your time will be spent embedded with clients, driving our portfolio to market.
You will be commercially focused, experienced at developing business, and comfortable operating at scale.
You will be part of decision-making around leveraging key accounts, growing the competency and developing our talented team.

What We Look For
We are looking for talented and committed individuals at senior manager level who are passionate about helping clients solve their toughest transformation and strategic problems in the private sector.
You should be experienced in delivering insightful, rigorous, creative and practical recommendations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Focus on delivery of challenging transformation projects, supporting clients through a number of transformation methodologies across the CPR sector and, where appropriate, other core sectors such as Government and Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences, and Energy and Assets.
Demonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and rationalise them into workable solutions.
Provide rigorous analysis, conduct research and utilise relevant datasets to drive fact-based decision making.
Work within a team environment, achieving solutions under pressure and balancing multiple priorities.
Show a strong interest in developing and delivering leading-edge solutions for clients.
Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to present robust, evidence-based messages succinctly and creatively.
Develop and produce high-quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines.
Skills and Attributes for Success
At least 5 years' experience with a consulting firm or in industry, ideally within our core sectors.
Strong academic record, including a third-level degree.
Experience in client-facing roles with evidence of stakeholder engagement and communication success.
Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience In Delivering Elements Of Projects Such As:
Strategy implementation, including the design and development of long-term strategic roadmaps, implementation planning, critical success factors and best-practice models to integrate strategy delivery.
Conducting trend analyses to assess the current market landscape, identifying growth levers, visioning and prioritising to develop a set of strategic choices, and guiding organisations through business model reinvention.
Operating model design and development, including interim and target operating models, and facilitation of workshop-based processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience supporting the development of business and commercial cases for significant pieces of new investment or policy changes.
Source Of Demand and Experience in Consumer Products and Retail
Experience in the following areas is beneficial:
Background in Business, Economics, Food Production or Operations.
Knowledge and experience of working within the Consumer Products, Retail or Agri-food sectors, focusing on strategic reviews, enterprise-wide operating model design and transformation planning.
Strong knowledge of key trends within the sector, current challenges and disruptors.
A track record of successful design and delivery of transformation projects.
