Summary of the Role Waystone is looking to hire a Senior Associate to take on a client relationship management role within the Investment Solutions business, the active asset raising division of Waystone.
Working with the senior management team, the Senior Associate – Investment Solutions will be charged with the responsibility of managing, servicing and building relationships with both investors and investment managers.
This will provide this individual with exposure to many areas of a highly motivated fund sales team including functions such as investor relations, marketing, events, business management and team co‑ordination.
The role will see you working within a dynamic team but with the ability to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful difference to the team and relationships with stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Investment Managers: Work closely with our investment manager partners to meet mutual asset‑raising objectives.
This includes roadshow co‑ordination, marketing material delivery, investor requests/meeting coordination, marketing initiatives and sales team activity reporting.
Investors: Support and build relationships with investor clients.
Respond to investor requests and service clients in a timely and effective manner.
Provide relationship building and support to all stakeholders – investment managers, investors and the sales team.
Investor Relations Country registration and passporting.
Distribution platform set‑ups and relationship building with regional platforms.
Develop knowledge of the distribution platform network.
Data dissemination and knowledge of key databases.
Coordinate and deliver investor due‑diligence requests.
Enhance RFP processes and information banks to make processes more efficient.
Build and update marketing materials.
Coordinate and implement distribution agreements.
Support investor rebate implementation.
Work closely with internal business units to respond to queries and build personal knowledge.
Marketing, Events & PREnhance marketing campaigns and materials for the team and create new content across traditional and digital media.
Build and manage physical and virtual events for the team.
Share PR ideas and suggest publications to consider.
Brainstorm new marketing angles for our business and funds, developing knowledge on underlying investment strategies, investment managers' expertise and their peer group.
Conduct data analysis on marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement and success.
Business Management, Team Coordination and Reporting Collect and compile sales team asset‑raising data for board and team reports.
Track fund flows and clients across our suite of funds.
Identify and improve current processes and build robust processes.
Work closely and become an integral member of a dynamic sales team.

Education Strong academic background including a degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
Minimum B.
A.
degree from a reputable institution, preferably within a finance‑focused curriculum.
Experience3–5 years' experience in working with clients and exposure to alternative UCITS and AIFs, ideally within an Investor Relations or Client Relations team for an asset manager or fund service provider.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Collaboration with colleagues across geographic and functional boundaries.
Ability to combine an understanding of local markets within the wider business & regulatory context.
High levels of personal integrity and client service.
Self‑motivation and confidence.
Solid computer skills, particularly in Salesforce or a similar CRM system, Excel and Power Point.
