Position
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA / Product Support Engineer to support the quality assurance and stability of our applications. Working into the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end test cases, reporting on results, engaging with stakeholders including customers and assisting with root cause analysis of defects and production issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their QA or support career to gain hands-on experience across testing, analysis, and product support activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end test cases across multiple systems and applications
* Accurately document and report test results, defects, and observations
* Assess test outcomes to identify patterns, risks, and areas of concern
* Perform initial root cause analysis for defects and support issues
* Work closely with developers, product owners, and senior QA engineers to reproduce and resolve issues
* Maintain and update test cases and supporting documentation
* Support the introduction of new / enhanced services
* Support product releases by validating fixes and enhancements
* Support the development of test case automation
* Assist with day-to-day product support queries as required
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
* Understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
* Basic understanding of SQL or data validation techniques
* Experience executing manual test cases and documenting results
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to clearly communicate issues, findings, and outcomes
* High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
* Willingness to learn and develop technical and business knowledge
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
* Exposure to Infor M3 ERP
* Previous experience in a QA, application support, or service desk role
