Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Director in Cork City. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a hotel and coordinating all departments to ensure profitability aligns with targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring Heads of Department manage their areas effectively.
* Communicate daily with Department Managers to ensure they meet management responsibilities and duties standards.
* Take overall control of event planning and operation within the hotel.
* Review weekly personnel rosters with the General Manager to control payroll.
* Communicate staffing levels and recruitment requirements with the HR Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hotel Operations experience.
* Hospitality Management skills.
* Front of House Operations expertise.
* F&B Rooms Division knowledge.
