Overview
Hospitality GTM Manager - Enterprise Verticals at Elavon Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. The Enterprise Go to Market (GTM) Manager will manage all GTM activity for Elavon’s European Hospitality vertical. Working closely with the revenue vertical lead, they will agree objectives that align to European and segment priorities and annual financial plans. The GTM Manager will help define the annual plan for the Hospitality vertical, capture known and new risks and opportunities, and act as commercial director for the vertical to oversee successful delivery against plan. This is an individual contributor role within a fast GTM team with regular engagement with senior stakeholders across the Elavon business, and travel as required. The position will involve 3 days per week in one of Elavon’s European sites.
Role context: Elavon provides tailored payment solutions supported by the latest technology to over 1.5 million customers globally, including transaction processing, customer service, product launches and market-facing collateral.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute end-to-end GTM activities for the Hospitality vertical, including the development of new propositions and enhancements to existing hospitality offerings.
* Develop product releases, updates, collateral, and content to communicate propositions and key messages to the external market.
* Coordinate events for the vertical (networking, sponsorships, hospitality, and Elavon-owned events) in collaboration with central Marketing.
* Establish commercial benefits and KPIs for plan execution and monitor delivery against the plan.
* Assess, challenge, raise concerns, and query stakeholders to ensure delivered outcomes meet commercial targets; influence remediation or alternative revenue strategies as needed.
* Maintain a continuous engagement process, consolidating input from customer/partner-facing functions in planning and decision-making.
* Partner with Sales Enablement to measure sales performance KPIs (revenue, product mix) and apply insights to GTM planning.
* Collaborate with Product at the vertical level and with strategic project delivery groups to understand pipelines and timelines and plan GTM activity to deliver the business case.
* Own external marketing asset development and internal sales enablement assets, and plan local events to support the customer/partner engagement plan.
Skills / Experience
* Experience in planning and forecasting processes.
* Understanding of strategic business plans and their interpretation.
* Knowledge of Profit and Loss and the revenue/expense impacts of decisions.
* Experience with proposition commercialization and delivering to market.
* Experience managing senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
* Highly collaborative, with proven influence on strategic business decisions and excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and recommend actions to senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic sales environment; strong time management.
