The Role
As our Patient Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth running of daily operations. You'll manage scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and handle a range of administrative and reception tasks, working closely with our dental and management teams.
Strong computer skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
Previous experience in administration or a reception-based role is advantageous. Experience in a dental setting is extremely advantageous, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional patient experience by being the first point of contact and ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and efficient
* Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
* Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
* Accurately input and maintain data using Google Sheets and Excel
* Process payments, manage invoicing and daily account reconciliations
* Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and ethical standards
* Assisting with general practice upkeep, including cleaning, monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
