We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the implementation of electronic Batch Records (eBR) and Review by Exception (RBE). The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will develop and manage a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment with Quality and Digital Transformation strategies. They will also be responsible for leading external partners through all phases of implementation, ensuring compliance with IT and Quality policies.

In addition to project management skills, the ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or related areas. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology is preferred, as well as a Project Management certification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage a detailed project plan covering timelines, resources, and milestones

* Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through all phases of implementation

* Ensure compliance with IT and Quality policies

* Track and report project costs, savings, and overall ROI

* Provide regular updates to senior leadership

* Support process redesign and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology (preferred)

* Project Management certification is a plus

* 6+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or related areas

* Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex programs
