Orbitus Law LLP are seeking a Legal Executive to work in our ground-breaking eConveyancing department, trading as Beam: letsbeam.ie.
The role is full-time, on-site at Beam's new, state-of-the-art head office in Tralee.
The Role
As a Beam Legal Executive, you will support the delivery of high-quality legal services in residential conveyancing.
You will manage transactions from onboarding compliance to post-completion, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client communication throughout.
Key responsibilities
Analysing source of funds and source of wealth for AML compliance
Managing eConveyancing transactions including title investigations, requisitions and closing documentation
Liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents and lenders
Processing applications with Tailte Éireann
Maintaining accurate records and case progression updates
Working with our tech team to streamline processes
Updating policies and procedures
Skills required
Residential conveyancing experience
Detail oriented and analytical
Advanced written communication
Strong administration and organisation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A proactive attitude and commitment to client care
Tech-savvy, forward-thinking, an interest in AI
