Through focusing on high-quality products, consumer-led marketing, and inspiring brand activations.Competitive salary and benefits (up to 60K + 10K MBO + Relocation pack)Opportunity to contribute to major brand campaigns and career developmentLocation: A super-safe and clean country in the middle of EuropeReporting to: UK & Ireland Marketing ManagerResponsibilitiesThe RoleAs Assistant Brand Manager (or Brand Manager, or Marketing Specialist, depending on your experience), you'll play a key role in the UK & Ireland brand team, supporting the planning and execution of consumer campaigns and supporting the Company's ambitious growth targets. This is a hands-on, varied role for an early-career marketer seeking exposure to brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the UK Marketing Manager in delivering local brand strategy, campaign launches, and trade initiatives for the Company's brand portfolioWork closely with agencies and partners to develop content for digital, social, and in-store activationsMonitor and analyse brand performance using sales data, digital KPIs, and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendationsManage day-to-day marketing administration, including budget tracking, POS material, and sample requestsAssist in localising global marketing assets to ensure brand consistency with UK/Irish cultural relevanceCollaborate on the planning and execution of experiential activities, event sponsorships (incl. Tennis), and influencer campaignsLiaise with sales, and comms teams to support NPD launches, retail promotions, and shopper marketingTrack competitor activities and trends in the UK food spaceContribute to presentations, report preparation, and cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholdersYour ProfileCandidate ProfileGraduate-level education; Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG, food, or consumer brand marketing preferredStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projectsComfortable working with data and drawing insights for marketing decisionsCreative, proactive, and eager to work collaboratively in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills (verbal and written); confident managing agencies and partnersKnowledge of the UK & Irish grocery channels, digital marketing, and emerging consumer trends is an advantageA passion for food, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a bonus"I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l'l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679)
