Act as a thought partner in workforce planning, organizational design, and future skills forecasting.Strategic Consultation: Lead strategic workforce conversations with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing talent-related decisions. Define sourcing strategies that align with long-term business objectives and diversity goals.Intake Meetings: Drive strategic intake discussions, coaching hiring managers on best practices, market dynamics, and inclusive hiring. Anticipate future needs and provide insights to shape role design and team structure.Candidate Selection: Design and continuously improve robust, competency-based assessment strategies. Train and calibrate interview panels, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational values.End-to-End Recruitment: Own high-impact, complex hiring projects with minimal oversight. Balance a strategic workload with hands‑on execution, and mentor others in best-practice, full-cycle recruiting.Sourcing Channels: Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill or niche roles. Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations to improve channel ROI.Technology Utilization: Champion the use of TA technology and automation. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and partner with operations or systems teams to enhance recruiter enablement tools.Experience Ambassador: Set the standard for exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Identify friction points in the recruitment journey and lead initiatives to optimize and scale improvements.Offer Management: Lead complex offer negotiations involving equity, relocation, and counteroffers. Act as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy, market benchmarks, and internal parity.Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and People function colleagues. Influence cross‑functional initiatives (e.g. DEI, talent mobility, employer branding) through active involvement in planning and execution.Data-Driven Decisions: Interpret and present talent data to influence strategic decisions. Use predictive analytics and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies and stakeholder engagement.Talent Pool Development: Design and manage proactive talent mapping and pipelining efforts for future hiring priorities. Collaborate with workforce planning and business units to align pipeline activity to forecasted needs.Relationship Building: Develop long-term engagement strategies with critical talent segments.
