We're now hiring committed and caring Healthcare Assistants in Santry, Ballymun, Finglas, and Blanchardstown.
Who You Are: Kind, dependable, and passionate about home care Have QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or equivalent (Nursing, Social Care, etc.) Completed Care Skills and Care of the Older Person Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate Fluent in English (spoken and written) Able to provide character and/or work references Willing to complete Garda Vetting (fee reimbursed) Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus What You'll Do: Deliver high-quality personal care in clients' homes Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and companionship Promote independence and dignity Accurately document daily care notes and changes in condition Follow client care plans and infection control procedures Work collaboratively with care coordinators and supervisors What We Offer: A flexible and supportive work environment Full-time and part-time hours available Set rosters with regular working schedules Double pay on Bank Holidays Travel expenses reimbursed Paid holidays Free uniform, PPE, and ID badge Free full induction and in-house training Ongoing professional development and appraisals Excellent Refer-a-Friend reward program This is a great opportunity to use your existing knowledge and develop new skills in a supported environment!
