Hybrid – Dublin, Ireland Job Description As an Enterprise BDR, you will collaborate with Field Sales Representatives on account strategies and opportunity planning.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Identify expansion opportunities across solutions and accounts.
Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives.
Contribute to pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and forecasting discussions.
Identify, engage, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across the DACH region.
Articulate compelling value propositions linking solutions to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives on account strategies and opportunity planning.
Share best practices and insights with the wider sales organisation.
Gather and share insights from the DACH market to inform sales strategy and positioning.
Drive strategic pipeline generation aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Identify business challenges and position relevant technology solutions.
Design and execute targeted, account-based prospecting strategies.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to internal stakeholders.
Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and priorities.
Support opportunities through advanced sales stages in partnership with field sales.
Targeted Qualifications Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
Strong consultative selling skills with a problem-led approach.
Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Proven track record in enterprise pipeline generation and senior stakeholder engagement.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools.
Min 3–4 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments.
Ability to communicate business value and build credibility with executive buyers.
Experience prospecting into large organizations and navigating complex buying groups.
Interpersonal Skills Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
