Key responsibilities: Welcome clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Manage aswitchboard and handle calls efficiently and courteously.
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, visitor parking, and AV requirements.
Provide admin support across legal teams post, couriers, document prep, expenses, archiving.
Assist Facilities with Health & Safety updates, office supplies, and fire warden duties.
About you: 12 years experience in a busy corporate reception or admin role.
A confident, clear telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with MS Office; experience with Cisco switchboard systems a plus.
Positive, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
