Working starters and main courses.Helping with the training of new junior level chefs.Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene proceduresCooking food to order the highest standard of customer servicemin.3 years experience working in a busy kitchen.Required to work on a rota basis on evening shift and to include weekends and bank holidays.The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to hours of work.
