Site Operations Manager
* Primary responsibility for accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Coordinating project communications to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders and community groups.
* Liaising with stakeholders and community groups to achieve business objectives.
* Supporting document control processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
* Participating in quality and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Reviewing and updating the training and development matrix, arranging training as required.
* Procuring materials to enable site teams to work efficiently.
* Resolving supplier and sub-contractor queries in a timely manner.
* Carrying out other duties as directed by the management team.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups.
* At least two years of experience in a fast-paced similar role.
* Able to work effectively in a large-scale, multi-site organisation.
* Excellent time management skills to maximise productivity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
