What you will be responsible forStrategic Alignment: Working with the broader team to align business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring strategic coherence across teams and disciplines.Automation & Integration: Working with the broader team to identify and lead the implementation of opportunities for automation and system integration to streamline remediation efforts, reduce manual work, and enhance process efficiency through stakeholder engagement and data visualization.Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct technical and business analysis including data modeling, analytics, workflow evaluation, and root cause analysis to support strategic decisions, compliance, and effective remediation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, risk, and operations teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth implementation of business and technical solutions that support strategic goals.Technical Translation & Execution: Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions, supporting governance, audits, and risk remediation through precise documentation, reporting, and testing.What we valueStakeholder Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different organizational lines and execute effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of complex business analysis and technical solutions, with a strong preference for experience within the Financial Services sectorSolid understanding of the complexities involved in implementing and managing large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, demand management, and prioritizationMinimum of 9 years of Business Analysis experience within large, complex organizations, ideally in the financial services sector; experience supporting regulatory remediation initiatives is a plusFamiliarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, is preferred; experience with additional data analysis tools, including SQL and Python, is considered a strong asset but not requiredAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
