The main responsibilities are to provide a high standard of accommodation to individuals and groups ensuring the highest occupancy and average room rate.
In addition, the role involves assisting the Reservations Manager, Reception and Sales & Marketing team as required.

Specific Responsibilities include:
Handling customer reservation enquiries
Manage administration of reservation department
Overbookings
Handovers
Commissions
Monitor all reservation sources
We are looking for someone who has held a previous position within a busy hotel environment and be interested in developing a wide range of experience within the departments, will be flexible, hard working and will carry out all duties to a consistently high standard.
Candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals who have the ability to work as part of a team on their own initiative.
Successful Candidates must
Have previous experience of working within a reservations / reception department in a four star property.
Working knowledge of Hotsoft would be an advantage.
Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Be available to work up to 5 days per week (39 hours).
