The role
Program OverviewThe Graduate Programme 2026 is an 18‑month Management Development Programme that blends work experience, off‑the‑job learning and self‑learning. You will be exposed to all areas of hotel operations through departmental rotations and will work closely with the Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.Early focus will be on the Duty Manager role and responsibilities within the first 3–6 months. We will be in touch by August 2026. The selection process involves an assessment centre followed by a final interview with the General Manager of the placement hotel.
