About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.About YouYou will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.ResponsibilitiesManage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists.RequirementsDegree in Engineering or equivalent work experienceAbility to manage a team of CSA personnelStrong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skillsAt least 7 years relevant experienceExperience in delivering large scale CSA projectsBenefitsWork with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industryBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sectorLong-term career progression opportunities and professional development supportCompetitive salary packagesWinthrop Technologies Ltd. are an equal opportunities employer
