This role will be based in the Dublin office supporting the Sales Admin Team with order entry and customer support.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Process customer orders in a professional and efficient manner.
* Support and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Administration
* Processing quotations / orders / order acknowledgements correctly and in a timely manner.
* Advising production of conversions / new builds and advising lead times to customers.
* Process invoices on a daily basis and ensure EOM is closed timely.
* Updating customer records.
* Review of customer accounts and their outstanding orders.
* Review of stock levels to meet customers’ orders on a weekly basis.
* Providing support and information to Sales Area Managers on accounts where required.
* Generate appropriate paperwork for export customers / orders.
Skills / Personal Attributes
* A professional, self‑driven, efficient, and ambitious person would suit this role.
* A pleasant and helpful manner in dealing with customers over the phone or in face‑to‑face meetings is essential.
* Ability to multi‑task is essential.
* Effective office (clerical / secretarial), time management, and organizational skills are required.
* Ability to work on one's own initiative and as part of a team is essential.
Qualifications / Experience
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar admin role.
