Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage delivery dockets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Conduct cash reconciliations and lodgements to the bank
* Reconcile invoices and prepare statements for payment
* Perform stock reconciliation and adjustments as needed
* Prepare and submit reports to senior management
* Assist with HR-related tasks and provide general administrative support
Requirements
* 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Travel required between two locations; own car essential
* Hourly rate €15-€16
