About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to children and adults with intellectual disabilities in our residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities: personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and community engagement.
* Foster education, skill development, and personal goal achievement through tailored support plans.
* Communicate effectively and empathetically with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
This role requires CORU registration, experience in residential care, a full clean Irish driver's licence, and strong English communication skills.
