The role is fully onsite.Sligo or Longford - the role can be based at either location and is fully onsite at that location12 month fixed term contractRole BriefThe primary focus of this role will be to provide support with cybersecurity assessments for a key NNIT client based on the NSIT framework. You will be tasked with ensuring that appropriate application security technologies are utilized to protect client systems and data.Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Analyst will be performing cybersecurity assessments (Based on NIST Framework).Perform responsibilities to ensure that the appropriate application of security products and technologies are in place to protect the organization's systems and information and enable achievement of the organization's objectives.Development of a risk-based cyber security program which meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry leading information security practices.Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry leading security controls and tools sets.Support management in the development of strategies, policy and standards to protect company information and technology assets.Apply technical knowledge to protect the Company assets against cyber threats.Skills BriefAt least 3 years experience in a cybersecurity role, ideally in a pharma, life sciences or medical devices manufacturing environment.Some experience of cyber security in a regulated GMP/GxP environment.Experience performing cybersecurity risk-based assessments.Hands-on past work experience with the NIST Framework.Experience of risk based cybersecurity threat identification and mitigation activities.Person BriefThe ideal candidate will have a Masters level qualification in cybersecurity. Candidates with bachelors degree in cybersecurity can also be considered, as can candidates with a Bachelors level qualification in Software if the course of study had a strong focus on cybersecurity.You should have a minimum of 3 years experience on a direct cybersecurity role and ideally part of this will have been gained in a pharma, life sciences or medical devices manufacturing environment.As this role is fully onsite in Sligo or Longford the successful candidate must be based in Sligo or Longford or within a reasonable commute of the site location.
