Executive Assistant – Global Operations (Part-Time, Onsite Dublin)
Job Summary
Join a global leader in the tech industry as a part-time Executive Assistant supporting three Directors in Dublin. This is an onsite role in Ballsbridge (3 days per week) for an 11-month contract, starting 6th October 2025. Pay rate from €33.17/hour up to €40/hour, equivalent to €69K–€80K FTE per annum (pro-rata for 3 days per week).

About Your New Job
* Manage complex and busy calendars for three Directors
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
* Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
* Plan and execute large-scale events and offsites
* Build strong cross-functional relationships across global teams
* Provide general office administration and support as needed
What You Need
* 5–7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple Director-level leaders
* Proven advanced event planning and coordination experience
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite
* Experience with tools such as Concur and internal calendar systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
What’s On Offer
* €33.17–€40/hour depending on experience
* Equivalent to €69K–€80K per year (FTE), pro-rata for part-time (approx. €41K–€48K for 3 days/week)
* Part-time, onsite role in Dublin (3 days per week, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm)
* 11-month contract in a high-profile global environment
