Key Responsibilities
Manage, and oversee day-to-day site labour and subcontractors
Support the project team in tracking progress to ensure targets are achieved
Ensure all works are delivered to a consistently high quality standard
Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies at all times
Work collaboratively with the supply chain and subcontractors to promote strong relationships and a positive on-site working culture
Involved in the delivery of civil groundworks activities
Requirements
Third level degree or strong trades background
Background in civil/groundworks is required
