Learn more about Oriflame at corporate.oriflame.com Purpose of the role. The role is a temporary role to support the regulatory function on all tasks related to the transfer of cosmetic products from the manufacturing site in Poland to other manufacturing sites in Europe.
It will require assessment on the impact to markets and supporting the markets in ensuring successful registrations of the portfolio.
Responsibilities of the role • Conduct assessment of impact of transfers to global portfolio and highlight risks to manager
• Supporting the review and approval updated artworks
• Represent regulatory team in transfer project meetings
• Liaise with supplier to obtain necessary documents to support re-registration of products globally
• Supporting the registration team in preparation, compilation & dispatch of all required regulatory information for transferred products
• Notification of transfer products on EU & UK CPNP portal as required
• Ensure regulatory database is updated and maintained for relevant products
• Ad hoc support to Regulatory Team & Manager if required
Background, Education and Qualifications for the role – Science related degree
– Experience in regulatory affairs
– Previous experience in beauty industry is desirable
– Experience in managing multiples projects and tasks
