These activities will be mainly technical in nature and you will use your excellent communication skills to provide an outstanding level of service to internal and external users.In this entry-level role, you will be supporting partners and NetApp Solutions Engineers to accelerate our quoting, pricing, and post-sales processes. You will receive significant training to expand your knowledge of storage, data management and 3rd Party technologies. You will develop your soft skills in customer care by working directly with partners and experienced colleagues.Specific responsibilities include:• Fielding all pre- and post-sales questions from our partner community• Finding answer to technical questions from partners• Helping partners and internal engineers with our quoting process• Contributing to a knowledge base frequently asked questions• Constant process improvementJob Requirements• Excellent communication and customer service skills – to work internal and external users• The ability to learn new technologies and how to apply them to users’ needs• A curious mind and collaborative style• An energetic, self-driving spiritYour ProfileYou will have successfully completed a BSc or MSc (or equivalent professional certifications) within the last 3 years, prior to the start of the program in February 2026; ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics or similar.Please note this role is also open to applicants who do not have degrees.You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland.The role is based in Cork.
