Job Title: Cleanliness and Service Supervisor
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in our hotel, working closely with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are thoroughly inspected and meet our high standards.
A key aspect of the position is providing excellent service to guests, ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This includes attending to any requests or issues they may have during their stay.
To succeed in this role you will need:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar housekeeping position, preferably within a hotel environment;
