The Role
1. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
2. You will also connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships through sales and marketing efforts.
3. In addition, you will understand the financial mechanics of a successful business including cost control and interpreting profit/loss statements as part of operations management.
4. Your role may include taking on leadership responsibilities such as mentoring/training staff or managing others within the organisation in line with growth opportunities provided.*
