2. This opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to lead their busy production facility based in Clare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, including tasks such as training, motivating the team, output, efficiencies, material sourcing, costs, inventory, etc.

3. As the Production Manager, you will manage a team of 9 direct reports and 20 indirect reports. The team leaders will report directly to you, and the technicians and operators will be your indirect reports. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and liaise with senior-level directors within the business for strategy meetings.

4. This role is Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, on-site in Clare. We are seeking an experienced senior-level Production Manager within the production, healthcare, science sector.
">
5. We encourage candidates with experience in the scientific sector, however this is not essential. Experience managing a busy production department is crucial. Ideally, you will have an engineering or science qualification, but this is not essential. People management experience is also vital, as this is a senior-level position.
