They currently have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary for a 4-day week to join their growing team. Salary : to €35k DOE

The Role:
* First point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and supportive environment, answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Liaise with the Case managers regarding Case Management Clients where this is a cross over with expert witness reports.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, preparation of materials for CEO and case managers.
* Provide administrative support to case managers and other staff members including assisting clients with paperwork, applications, and other administrative tasks.
* Manage Client Records including maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case files and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
* Finalise expert witness reports in a timely manner.
* Maintain filing system, correspondence, documents and personal files.
* Any other duties as requested.
The Candidate:
* 2 years’+ experience gained in a busy office environment.
* Good MS Office skills including Excel.
* Strong typing speed/IT skills.
* Have a flexible approach, a friendly disposition and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
