Service Centre Coordinator
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Service Centre Coordinator for our client who specializes in facilities management. This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site, supporting the delivery of contracted services. This position would suit a highly organised and self-motivated candidate with experience in a fast moving call centre environment.
Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to client queries and complaints through various communication channels.
2. Coordinate with the facilities team to manage and resolve customer issues, providing updates throughout the process.
3. Escalate issues to supervisors or managers when necessary.
4. Support the Facilities Manager in delivering all aspects of Service Centre operations within agreed service levels.
5. Assist with general office, contract, and helpdesk administration tasks.
6. Follow established processes for ticketing, email handling, purchase orders, and job scheduling.
7. Cross-train in all Service Centre functions to ensure flexibility and coverage.
8. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients.
9. Participate in customer feedback and complaint resolution processes.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of quality systems and customer service processes.
11. Take on new tasks and training as the business evolves.
Requirements
12. Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment; call centre or customer service experience is a plus.
13. Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
14. Flexible and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
15. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
16. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
18. Awareness of good health and safety practices.
