 
        Coleman Legal LLP is a very busy litigation practice based in Dublin 1. As part of the firm's continuing growth, they are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Legal Executive or Legal Secretaryto work as part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plaintiff litigation. The role is full time. Duties and responsibilities: - Providing solicitors with support and assistance - Briefing and liasing with Counsel - Liasing with various experts as required - Producing legal documents - Preparation of documentation for court - Reviewing Discovery - Manage filing and archiving - Communicating with clients on instruction of solicitors - Other general administration duties as required Job requirements: -Minimum of 3 years' plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury and medical negligence areas). - A high level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel - Experience with a case management system (experience with Keyhouse would be of advantage) - Ability to prioritise and organise workload - Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Excellent attention to detail - A good work ethic and a willingness to learn Benefits: -A positive and supportive work environment and company culture -Career growth and opportunities for advancement within the company - Access to public transport (Within 5 minutes walk of both the Red and Green Luas lines, Connolly Station and several bus stops) - Social events
