Job Role:
Our organization is seeking a diligent Quality Control Specialist to ensure the production team's adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include checking and assessing product quality on a regular basis, maintaining an operational schedule, and collaborating with the quality team.
* Work diligently to maintain product quality by adhering to an operational schedule and conducting pre-start checks in production areas daily.
* Carry out quality control tasks including record-keeping and regularly reporting product quality information to the quality team.
* Collect meat and environmental samples for microbial testing purposes.
* Conduct quality decision-making based on collected data and review findings.
* Support production staff in their efforts to adhere to product safety and quality control procedures.
* Participate in Customer & 3rd Party Audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
