Project Manager – Water / Wastewater (Sewer and Water Connections)Location:On site / Dublin, Irelandjob type:Permanent / Full-timeIn partnership with our client (One of Ireland'sleading Civils and Utilities company's)who are currently looking for an experiencedProject ManagerWater / Wastewater (Sewer and Water Connections)to join our team.Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Be the primarypoint of contactand responsible forrunning numerous projectswithin urban and rural environments, with particular attention to urban environments.Ability to view projects through aCommerciallens.Must have the ability to manage bothSewer & Water Connectionsacross the greaterDublinarea and surrounding counties.Ability to detail costs to complete values and claims narratives.Building successful relationships withClients, Client Representatives, and other 3rd party providers and stakeholders.Ability toDraw, Construct, andReview Drawingswith a high level of detail forValue Engineeringand efficientDesign.Ability tostudy Design Briefsand prepare proposedDesign PacksfromConcepttoDetailed Designs, with input into environmental, archaeology, and other relevant aspects.Ability to draft and communicate regular reports for the purposes of status reporting as well as guidance across the business with a view of directing actions required.Managean existing team with communication and leadership skills that are both efficient, effective, and motivational.Review Construction Practicalitiesofcomplex Design Workswithin theWaterandWaste Waterindustry.Ability to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with multiple levels ofStaff, Departments, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors,and any other stakeholders.Interested in developing current team structures and processes with the ability to introduce new people to the company, along with external new supply chains.ManageSI works.The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:Full cleandriver's licenseessential.A relevant qualification is desirable.Experience withUKorIrish Water Standards(Potable & Foul) essential.Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.Time management abilities to meet targets.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.Benefits they offer are:Commercial Vehicle with fuel card, plus toll tag21 days annual leavePension - % will depend on the role and level of seniority – starts at 1.5%Laptop and phone€14.01 a day in line with Revenue Commissioner RulesInterested?
