We're looking for sincere and capable individuals to join our Customer Service team at laya healthcare.Based in our Little Island, Cork office with hybrid working available, this full-time role offers a dynamic, supportive environment where no two days are the same.You'll assist members across various channels, handle queries and complaints, manage payments, and help improve the customer experience.If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.The role:Support our members enquiries, evaluate situations and respond appropriately through all contact channelsRecord and respond to all complaints to ensure that complaints are dealt with in a timely manner, and to ensure that all complaints and the remedial action taken in accordance with guidelines set out within the Consumer Protection CodeEnsure computer records reflect up to date communications with the memberEnsure that members payment methods are accurate, and all transactions recorded on individual or Group accounts to reflect billing changesTo sell laya healthcare products to individuals and groups and to ensure follow up action to each sale, in accordance with Sales ProceduresTo enrol members on the Avondhu system and to ensure members details are entered correctlyTo achieve required CX standards across all interactions on all our channelsCarry out credit control in instances where monies are outstandingTo identify and to contribute to continuous improvements in working practices and customer careTo undertake all duties required to develop and maintain Customer Service, and any other duties requested in order to fulfil the needs of the businessEligibility:Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent is desirableThird level qualification also desirable but not essentialExperience involving client contact or customer service in the insurance industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
