Job Title: HR Manager Salary: €80,000– €95000 DoE
Location: Dublin City
Hybrid working- some travel in Ireland required as part of this role.

HR Hire are looking to recruit a senior HR Manager for a not-for-profit organisation with a head office in Dublin City. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture. This is a strategic role with HR operational oversight across the people function. You will provide HR Leadership and embed best practice people services in a values led organisation. You will have expertise across the full employee life cycle, stakeholder management skills up to board level and you will have a strong track record of successful change & transformation delivery.
Overview of Responsibilities
● Develop and embed the HR strategy in line with the organisational goals and values.
● Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the organisation as expert in your area.
● Lead organisational change, transformation, and continuous improvement projects.
● Oversee talent recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities for a positive employee experience.
● Champion the orgs. values promoting a positive workplace culture that supports high performance.
● Act as point of contact for all employment law queries, policies and ER issues.
● Design and manage performance frameworks and lead HR programmes across the org.
● Lead the training and development, talent management and performance management activities.
● Manage HR budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements.
● Liaise with the Finance to prepare payroll, benefits and annual benchmarking.
● Ensure compliance with employment law, governance standards, and best practice.
● Manage legislative reporting including Pay Transparency and EDI reporting.
● Use HR analytics and MI to inform decisions, monitor trends and improve processes.
Required Competencies:
● A Degree in HR or a related field and CIPD membership.
● Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, employee relations, and change management.
● Demonstrated experience in HR strategy, transformation, and compliance
● Leadership role in HR with a track record of strategic alignment and change management.
● Experience in project management and organisational change is preferred.
● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
● Travel (Ireland) will be part of this role. A full driving licence and access to a car are required.
