Personal Lines Renewals Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Renewals Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and experience in sales or telesales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, managing the sales process for new prospects, and dealing with customers' queries face-to-face, over the phone, or via web chat. They will also offer our complete range of insurance products – car, van, motor, house, farm and more.
* This role requires strong organizational skills and working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications including APA (Associate of Pharmaceutical Analysis), QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) CIP (Certified Insurance Professional).
