Job Description:
">A forward-thinking and highly motivated Field Service Engineer is sought after to join our expanding Technical Account Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical expertise to support clients with service visits, technical service delivery, and account management across the laundry division.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting high-quality service repairs on equipment while monitoring quality and cost
* Providing technical support to achieve business targets, customer satisfaction, and objectives
* Effectively managing and developing new and existing client relationships
* Achieving sales targets for designated accounts
* Promoting additional services while displaying knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements
* Offering technical support to meet business goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and fulfill objectives
* Supporting the acquisition of new accounts and preparing and delivering customer and colleague training
* Monitoring and enhancing commercial performance while ensuring accurate account summaries
* Submitting timely reports for all visits using approved document templates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Ability to travel throughout Ireland with overnight stays as required
* Experience in the commercial laundry industry or knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements
* A background in Mechanical engineering with working Electrical knowledge (desired)
* A proven ability to manage, develop, and achieve progressive sales targets for your accounts
