Job description
* Pay will be disclosed at interview stage.
Accounts/ Office Administrator required for busy CVRT Test Centre and Workshop.
Duties
* Match and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice or payment queries
* Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate records
* Manage customer accounts, assist with credit control, and follow up on outstanding balances
* Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
* Operate as first points of contact, answering phone, checking and sending mail and emails.
* Making booking for customer tests.
* General office duties.
Skills
* Previous Experience in Accounts / Office Administrator essential
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential-needs to work as part of a team.
* Good customer skills and attention to detail is an essential part of the job.
