Catering Manager
Excel Recruitment is recruiting for Catering Managers to work in healthcare units in Dublin City and Dublin South areas.
Jobs are immediate, temporary, and ongoing with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The salary is based on HSE pay scales and depending on experience and years of service – €40k+

The experience required:
7. Two to three years experience in the healthcare unit working in Catering Department
8. Experience with HACCP systems and quality checks
9. Experience working in a Healthcare unit is beneficial but not essential
Duties for Catering Manager
10. Checking HACCP records
11. Checking Menu slips are completed
12. Hand Hygiene control
13. Patient Survey
14. Assist in food service if required
15. Training provided
16. Staff rostering
17. Food orders and invoicing
18. Checking Menu slips are completed
