Louth Salary: €65,000 €75,000 DOE Package: Commercial vehicle, bonus, pension, full benefits A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 140-unit residential development in Drogheda.
This is a key on-site leadership role, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks to completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel Ensure works meet programme, quality, and budget targets Enforce health & safety standards and statutory compliance Manage site logistics, materials, and inspections Liaise with Project Manager, design team, and certifiers Oversee snagging and handover of completed units Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR Excellent leadership and organisational skills Safe Pass and SMST required Full driving licence Offer €65,000 €75,000 salary (DOE) Commercial vehicle Performance bonus Pension Comprehensive benefits Long-term role with a strong residential pipeline For more information get in touch with Jonny Derby on or
