Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within our property. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and conference & banqueting facilities.
* Lead and motivate a team of managers, supervisors, and staff members to deliver excellent service standards.
* Implement effective strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with the management team to set business objectives and implement operational plans.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a senior management role within a high-end hotel or hospitality environment.
* Proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and customer service.
