Clinic Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company based in Co. Wexford.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* The Clinic Manager is responsible for service planning, development, coordination, and management to ensure the delivery of agreed levels of service.
* The Clinic Manager leads and manages nursing and support teams caring for patients with renal failure in the clinic.
* This role encompasses the local operational, quality, and vigilance management of the Dialysis Unit in Wexford with support from the Renal Business Lead.
* The Clinic Manager ensures efficient implementation and assessment of patient care standards and needs.
* Effective resource management balances quality and cost efficiency within the unit.
* The role requires adherence to HIQA registered person requirements and national policies.
* Provide professional leadership to manage and develop the unit team while promoting hospital values.
Responsibilities
* Finance and business management of the clinic.
* Education and training planning for the team.
* Quality and care management.
Skills & Experience Requirements
* Registered Nurse with the INMB.
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in renal care.
* Management Qualification (desirable).
* People Management experience (essential).
* Demonstrate financial knowledge related to healthcare and staffing resources.
