Accounts Clerk | Dublin 12 | Hybrid
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Accounts Clerk to step into a pivotal role within a successful and growing business located in Dublin 12. As the Accounts Clerk, you'll be the go-to for all things accounts payable as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process and manage vendor invoices, payments and credit notes.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment and resolution of queries.
* Maintain accurate financial records and perform invoice reconciliations.
* Assist with monthly accruals and end-of-month processes.
* Process general expenses, subcontractor payments and fuel records.
* Manage supplier credit applications and monthly credit card transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Finance Department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a busy accounts payable function.
* A 'can-do' attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
* Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
* Proficient level in Microsoft Office Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This permanent position will offer a salary range of €35,000 - €37,000 with a hybrid option of 2 days per week working from home.
