As a Senior Design Manager, you’ll take ownership of multidisciplinary design delivery, working closely with expert teams and clients to deliver world‑class data centre and mission‑critical projects.

Essential skills
Degree‑qualified in Engineering or Architecture
Chartered status or actively working toward professional membership
6–8 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary design projects
Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 0–5 (or equivalent)
Experience coordinating teams across geographies and external consultants
Broad, high‑level understanding of DC MEP systems, CSA and related disciplines
