Job Description
Automotive Imports Ltd is a well-established and highly rated used car dealership based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to join our team.
This role would suit an experienced, motivated individual looking for long-term career progression within the motor trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily sales operations
* Handling customer enquiries (walk-in, phone & online)
* Closing vehicle sales and maximising profitability
* Managing finance applications and customer handovers
* Supporting and motivating the sales team
* Maintaining high standards of customer service
* Ensuring forecourt and showroom presentation standards
* Working closely with management to achieve sales targets
Working Hours
* Full-time position
* Hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate
* Role will involve weekend work and occasional late evenings depending on business requirements

Requirements
* Previous motor trade sales experience preferred
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Own transport is essential
* Two recent references required (from your last two employers)
* Full clean driving licence preferred
