A challenging Construction Site Management opportunity has arisen in Wicklow for an experienced and dynamic professional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new builds and fit outs, coordinating site activities, managing manpower on site, and ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and within budget.
About the Role
* To coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines;
* To oversee all site activities, manage manpower on site including direct staff, trades and subcontractors;
* To host meetings with architects, design team members, contractors' representatives etc. to update them on project progress;
'Requirements & Qualifications:
* Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
* No less than 5 years experience as a manager/foreman with main contractor in Ireland (experience must cover residential/commercial sector)
